 TRAINING 

ECPL provides training based on the requirement of the customer related to ISO/IEC 17025 and Calibration. All the faculties are highly qualified, experience and experts in their respective fields.

 

Details of the trainings:

1. Hands on training for calibration in Mechanical Electro-Technical and Thermal Disciplines.

Mechanical Calibration:

  • Dimensional: Calibration of Gauge Blocks, Universal Length Measuring Machine, Profile Projectors, Calipers, Micrometers, Limit Gauges, Dial Gauges, Surface Plates, Height Gauge etc

  • Pressure: Dead weight Tester to Dead Weight Tester by cross float method, Pressure Calibrator / Gauge Calibration Using Dead Weight Tester, and Pressure Gauge using reference gauges, Barometers etc.

  • Mass: Calibration of weights, Weighing Balances and Volume Calibration as per standard.

  • Force and Torque: Calibration of Load Cells and Torque Sensors by primary method using dead weight force and torque machines, calibration of torque wrenches as per latest version of standard ISO 6789:2017.

 

Thermal Calibration:

  • Calibration of RTDs and Thermocouples by comparison method

  • Calibration of Humidity sensors and Hygrometers

  • On-Site calibration of Chambers, Ovens and Furnace by mapping of sensors at multi-positions.

 

Electro-Technical Calibration:

  • Calibration of AC/DC Voltage and Current, Resistance, Inductance, Capacitance, Power, Power Factor, and Temperature Simulation etc,

  • Calibration of Energy Meters

  • On-Site calibration of High Voltage etc 

2. Training on Measurement Uncertainty:

  • Basic concept of Measurement Uncertainty

  • Estimation of Measurement Uncertainty based on
    the results of calibration in Mechanical, Electro-Technical
    and Thermal parameters.

 

 3. Awareness training program on ISO/IEC 17025:2017

  • Interpretation of each and every clause of the standard ISO/IEC 17025: 207 version 

  • Risk and Opportunities 

  • Decision Rule 

  • Laboratory Documentation as per standard ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements
